FREE SHIPPING:
- Orders must be over AED 100 to receive free shipping.
- Free shipping offer only applies to addresses in the United Arab Emirates
- Free shipping may not be applicable to remote areas and/or areas without regular transport links. Get in touch with our consultant in case your area of delivery is remote to find a suitable solution
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- COD: Any order may be sent as COD. Cash will have to be paid to the courier and/or delivery services partner. In certain cases, additional charges may apply for COD orders
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Our nominated last mile delivery partner in U.A.E is iMile Delivery Services.
- Delivery within U.A.E will be within 2 working days of you placing the order for items that we have stock or are our standard items.
For items, which require customization (logo printing/engraving, etc) delivery will be within 7-14 working days of you placing the order - If we do have a problem with your order, one of our customer care representatives will call or email you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative product.
Our acknowledgment of order acceptance online, via email or in-store will not be a guarantee of delivery or availability.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
- FREE collection on orders collected from our store
- FREE delivery on orders valued 100 AED and above within U.A.E
- Orders valued 149AED or less will be charged 15 AED delivery fees within U.A.E
- For orders placed from outside U.A.E, a customer care representative will reach out to you to choose a suitable international courier option. Any delivery and/or customs charges will be added to your invoice and will need to be paid in full before dispatching.
- Provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products, ownership of an item will pass to you once we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbor). Once an order is processed, a tracking number will be shared with you via email.
- Please note there are no collections or deliveries from our stores on Sundays and public holidays.

RETURNS:
We will gladly accept any return within 30 days of invoice. Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization. Returns must be in the original carton, must include a copy of the invoice, and be in new condition as determined by apparel-point.com Special orders, customized orders, orders with logo placement, bulk order placements are not refundable or exchangeable.
DAMAGES:
If you discover any products damaged and/or not useable condition, please send us pictures at info@apparel-point.com or +971-4-355-8453 . We will work with the delivery partner to reach a solution as soon as possible.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
apparel-point.com will gladly provide pricing on special orders such as bulk orders, or customized orders. All special Orders must be accompanied by a 50% non-refundable deposit. Special Orders are not returnable.
